As a Nurse Practitioner (NP), you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include coordinating care with the Medical Director, conducting patient education, and ensuring accurate documentation. You will also have the chance to participate in community events and marketing opportunities to promote our health system.Responsibilities:Take medical histories and perform physical examsOrder and interpret laboratory studiesProvide treatment to patients with chronic diseasesCoordinate patient management and individualize care plansWork closely with the Medical Director and other team membersQualifications:Current Licensure through the Texas Board of Nursing xaygatp OR Licensed Physician Assistant by the Texas State Medical BoardValid DEA license or ability to obtain oneBLS certification obtained from the American Heart AssociationBenefits:Full-time positionFor more jobs like this, check out .
