And we're just getting started.Job DutiesSpeak and interact with both new and regular customersTake and fulfill prepared foods orders for customersResolve customer issues and answer questionsStock hot and cold cases and displays with prepared foods from kitchen, walk-in preparation, and refrigeratorsAssist with merchandising and display of productsCheck product dates to ensure freshness and rotates when necessaryAssist with periodic inventory checksMaintain a clean and sanitized work stationFollow health and safety guidelinesAdhere to recipes and presentations for food and beverage itemsBe punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendanceContribute to a positive team environmentQualificationsOne year of food service or food preparation experience preferred, but we love to train those passionate about food & customer serviceAvailability to work varied hours/days as dictated by businessA willingness to learn about our brand and our product offeringsAn enthusiasm to communicate with customers and fellow Associates about current offerings and drink optionsAbility to process information/merchandise through computer system and POS register systemCan multi-task and work well under the pressure of a busy departmentAbility to read, write and count to accurately complete all documentationCan move, carry or handle merchandise throughout the storeYou thrive in fast-paced environmentsYou are a passionate food lover with a positive attitudeYou have a strong work ethic, are reliable, and enjoy working with peopleYou take pride in exceeding customer expectationsOur Core ValuesWe attribute much of our success to our Core Values both as a company and as individuals.
