our client is actively seeking a IT Program Manager to lead an conversional AI intuitive based out of their Northbrook office.This opportunity is hybrid 3 days onsite in Northbrook, IL (T, W, Th) SummaryThis role will lead a complex, cross-functional program to transform the cleint's customer service model. The position requires an experienced IT Program Manager who has previously delivered a self-service, browser-based chatbot channel for B2B and B2C customers. Experience with Sales Operations, Commercial, Customer Service, Marketing, HR, Finance, and eCommerce preferred.Candidate must possess exceptional leadership presence, communication skills, and ability to partner with stakeholders including executive level. This role requires thorough understanding of organizational change management experience. Candidate must drive solution that delivers excellent value and achieves high customer satisfaction.Responsibilities Leads significant IT program including scoping, planning, resourcing, risk/issue management, status reporting, and day-to-day team oversight.Engages, influences, directs, and motivates program stakeholders and team members throughout the program’s life cycle.Collaborates with cross functional teams to establish work plans for project activities. Creates staffing plans aligned to activities, iterations, or phases, and arranges for assignment of program personnel.Manages and runs effective meetings, creates meaningful agendas, and facilitates discussions. Documents and distributes notes, action items, and meeting summaries. Executes post-meeting follow-up and captures, tracks, and manages RAID items.Establishes and tracks financials, monitoring costs against budget.Manages escalations and issue resolution across the enterprise, negotiating between executives and sponsors to maximize value and ensure timely delivery.Ensures organizational change management is executed, including communication and training.Demonstrates excellent monitoring and control, ensuring delivery is accomplished with quality and timeliness, aligned to business objectives and achieving expected business value.Partners with program sponsor and owner to produce concise and transparent status and SteerCo reporting.Provides strong vendor management of IT partners developing the new tool. Ensure documentation for knowledge transfer is produces, maintained, and utilized for vendor transition to internal resources.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in technical or business field highly desiredPMP certification preferredMinimum 5 years of experience performing transformational IT program management, ideally in the health care, manufacturing, or distribution industry.Minimum 8 years of experience executing Agile/Scrum or hybrid programs.Experience using tools such as Jira, MIRO boards, Confluence, SmartSheets, or similar.
