MSP Support SpecialistProvide program support to the MSP program and the MSP Program Manager to ensure Suppliers are compliant to all MSP program requirements. Proactively interact with all Client, Supplier, Employer and contacts to ensure all client needs are met professionally and efficiently. This position requires a sense of urgency and great attention to detail while handling program processes and communicating with Suppliers and Clients in a timely manner.3-Month Contract to HireWork Hours: 0600-1430 Monday-FridayMSP Support Specialist Job DescriptionAdministrativeEnter new orders into Temp Works and distribute to SuppliersUpdate candidate status in Temp Works twice a dayAssist with entering Interest Codes into TW (OSHA, etc.)Assign and end employee assignments dailyVerify bill rates are accurate in Temp WorksAssist with administering and scheduling candidate tests, interviewsPrepare headcount and open order report weeklyForward timesheets to Supplier contactsValidate timesheets; follow up with Shops and Timekeeping on timesheet discrepanciesTrack and validate Supplier charges and forward to NSC FinanceGather, validate, process new hire paperwork and ensure New Hire Checklists are complete and all required documents are includedProvide “New Starts” information to Client HR and Payroll for processing.Act as a backup to MSP Administrator and MSP ManagerClient RelationsInteract with various Client departments to ensure program requirements are being metInteract with Client Foremen, Supervisors and Management to provide updates on orders, candidates and gain feedback on all MSP Employees dailySupplier RelationsInteract with Supplier contacts daily to proactively handle any issues or concernsProvide Suppliers with information and updates regarding their candidates and employees (assignment changes, new starts, tool charges, interview, and test results, etc.)Validate Suppliers are compliant with program requirementsEmployee RelationsAssist with deployment of new employees and assist with monitoring job performanceAssist MSP employees with questions and help them resolve issues including timekeeping issuesAssist with ensuring all MSP employees follow safe practices and abide by BAE and MSP rules and regulationsOtherProvide support to the MSP Program ManagerSchedule OSHA, VSRA training before the associates start.Process new associate badgesValidate Supplier ChargesEnsure all daily processes are handled accurately and timelyRepresent the company in a professional manner at all times ensuring quality customer serviceAbide by and enforce all policies, rules, and regulations of NSC and our clients including all applicable safety rules, regulations and proceduresSupport corporate programs, goals, and initiatives of the companyWork overtime as neededSkills/Qualifications:Ability to prioritize, multitask and manage deadlinesAbility to solve problems creativelyAbility to work well independentlyAbility to work well with others as a teamCommunication skills (oral, written and telephone skills)Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint,)Effective listening skillsStrong interpersonal and customer service skillsOrganization and time management skillsStrong attention to detailPoise and maturity to interact with Clients and SuppliersStrong administrative support capabilityExcellent phone etiquette skillsFOR IMMEDIATE CONSIDERATION CONTACT A RECRUITER TOAY!NSC Cares!At NSC our company culture is strong!
