Machine Operator Second Shift

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Machine Operator for the Second Shift to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a coil winding machine to produce high-quality coils to make custom transformers efficiently and safely. This position offers an energetic environment where your mechanical skills and manufacturing knowledge will drive operational excellence and contribute to our company's success. This position operates from 2:15 PM to 10:45 PM. Responsibilities Operate coil winding machines to produce high quality transformer coils according to information and dimensions on the schematics. Set up machinery according to specifications, including using computer controlled winding machines. Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications. Perform tig welding to produce quality coils (we will train outstanding applicants to tig weld). Qualifications Proven experience operating manufacturing machinery such as plastics blow molding, injection molding, or CNC machines. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to production specifications. Must know how to use a measuring tape accurately to 1/32. Prior experience with hand tools, assembly processes, and use of precision measuring devices is preferred.
