You'll play a pivotal role in helping ICS move with speed, discipline, and confidence as we expand across regulated industries and strategic technology partnerships.What You'll OwnLegal Strategy & Risk LeadershipAdvise leadership on legal, regulatory, commercial, and operational riskSupport executive decision-making with practical, business-aligned legal guidanceBuild legal frameworks that enable growth while protecting the company's interests Contracts & Commercial EnablementReview, draft, and negotiate customer, vendor, partner, NDA, SOW, and services agreementsSupport Microsoft, AWS, CrowdStrike, and strategic partner-related commercial activitiesCreate contract playbooks, clause libraries, and approval processes to improve deal velocity Compliance, Privacy & GovernanceSupport compliance initiatives across SOC2, HIPAA-aligned workflows, PCI-sensitive environments, and cybersecurity-driven operationsPartner with leadership on data privacy, information security, and regulated-industry requirementsMaintain corporate governance records, policies, and legal documentation with precision Employment, Operations & Outside Counsel AlignmentProvide practical guidance on employment, contractor, vendor, and operational mattersCoordinate with outside counsel on specialized matters, litigation, regulatory issues, and complex transactionsTrack legal priorities, risk items, deadlines, and escalations with clear ownership and accountability What We're Looking ForLicensed, practicing attorney in good standing with less than five years of legal practiceBased in Dallas, TexasStrong foundation in contracts, commercial transactions, corporate governance, and business operationsAbility to identify legal risk, communicate practical options, and escalate specialized matters appropriatelyComfort working with C-suite stakeholders, technical teams, partners, and external advisorsStrong writing, organization, judgment, and follow-through in a fast-paced business environmentInterest in cloud transformation, cybersecurity, compliance-driven operations, and regulated industries Bonus Points ForPrevious experience supporting technology, cloud services, SaaS, MSP, cybersecurity, or professional services businessesFamiliarity with regulated industries such as healthcare, finance, or hospitalityExposure to SOC2, HIPAA, PCI, privacy, vendor management, or client-related legal mattersBilingual proficiency (English + Spanish)Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive part-time legal compensation based on experience, scope, and work arrangement.
