**Adecco Staffing** is partnering with a leading electronics manufacturer to hire a skilled and detail-oriented **Machine Operator - Wave Solder** . If you have a mechanical mindset, strong attention to detail, and experience in electronics or machine operation, Adecco wants to connect you with this rewarding role.**Position Summary**In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining an **automatic wave solder machine** used to solder multiple connections on printed circuit boards (PCBs). You will play a key role in ensuring product quality, equipment reliability, and adherence to safety and production standards.**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**_Other duties may be assigned._+ Set up, operate, and monitor wave solder machines to ensure consistent, high-quality soldering+ Operate and maintain foam fluxers, using a hydrometer to verify correct specific gravity and resin ratios+ Add and replenish bar solder, flux, and alcohol as required+ Clean, adjust, and maintain the Flux Density Controller (FDC) and fluxing systems+ Inspect circuit boards for solder defects and verify proper component seating and solder quality+ Perform daily solder pot maintenance, including dross removal to eliminate impurities+ Drain flux systems and perform weekly machine cleaning and preventive maintenance+ Maintain accurate inventory of solder and chemical usage+ Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards+ Follow all safety, health, environmental, and company security policies+ Comply with all standard operating procedures and supervisor instructions**Minimum Qualifications**+ High school diploma or GED required+ At least **one year of related machine operation, soldering, or electronics manufacturing experience** , or an equivalent combination of education and experience+ Strong attention to detail and quality standards+ Ability to follow written instructions, safety guidelines, and production procedures+ Dependable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented**Preferred Qualifications**+ Experience operating wave solder machines or similar PCB assembly equipment+ Familiarity with electronic components and soldering inspection standards**Why Work with Adecco?**+ Access to opportunities with top manufacturing employers+ Weekly pay and competitive compensation+ Ongoing support from a dedicated Adecco recruiter+ Opportunity to gain valuable technical skills and long-term career growth**Apply today** and let Adecco help you take the next step in your manufacturing career.**Pay Details:** $25.00 to $29.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
