Alexandria Industries is seeking a skilled Senior Maintenance Technicianto troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment across all departments while providing guidance and support to the maintenance team. This role is key to ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operations throughout the facility.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Troubleshoot and repair machinery and equipment across all departments
Promote and maintain a strong safety‑first culture
Respond to maintenance needs and emergency situations during and outside standard hours
Support, coach, and train less experienced maintenance team members
Review work orders, set priorities, and communicate action plans
Develop preventive maintenance procedures and schedules
Document repairs and maintain accurate records
Identify and recommend process and equipment improvements
Coordinate repair schedules with supervisors
Prepare parts lists and assist with budgeting maintenance projects
Maintain knowledge of advanced manufacturing and automation technologies
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in Machine Tool Technology, Mechatronics, or related field preferred
1+ years of experience with PLCs, CNC, machining, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, plumbing, or machine repair
OR5+ years of maintenance‑related experience
Strong technical, troubleshooting, and leadership skills
Ability to read electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics and blueprints
Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work independently and respond to on‑call needs
Ability to use inspection and measuring tools
