Talent Acquisition CoordinatorPayrate: $20.00- $25.00/hr. Summary: The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a pivotal role in achieving Talent Acquisition objectives. By ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience, this role collaborates closely with the Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Leaders throughout the recruitment process. The coordinator is responsible for managing the interview scheduling and logistics, as well as monitoring the background check process and maintaining continuous communication with candidates. Responsibilities:Schedule and coordinate interviews for all salary, exempt level hires across the network to ensure standard and consistent candidate experience for all interviews.Initiate video interviews, phone interviews, background checks, and drug screens.Provide timely updates and communication (verbal and written) to candidates, TA Team, HR Business Partners, and Hiring Leaders throughout the hiring process.Arrange travel for candidate interviews when neededTroubleshoot through any candidate issues through the interview and hiring process.Ensure 100% data integrity in ATS System and properly document the talent acquisition process for each job opening to ensure EEOC compliance and best practices.May occasionally assist with screening resumes, pre-screening candidates, TA projects, TA reporting and analytics, and providing the appropriate information to specific departments for new hire's first day (will vary based on need and region)May need to work and collaborate across different regionsMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field from an accredited university/college preferred.1+ years of supporting Human Resources and/ or Talent Acquisition and full cycle recruitment activities.Must have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suitePrevious experience in Talent Acquisition and working in an ATS preferredExcellent prioritization and organization skillsStrong customer focus and effective communication skillsDemonstrated effective problem-solving skills and changed agent.Experience successfully working across different teams and levels of an organizationPositive emotional intelligence and business maturityFluency in EnglishPay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $20.00- $25.00/hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
