Forklift Operator (2nd Shift)We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator for our 2nd shift team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Operations Supervisor to ensure efficient workload distribution while effectively managing the Warehouse Management System (WMS) on the floor. Key Responsibilities: Monitor inbound and outbound workloads using WMS to optimize facility and transportation resources. Partner with the inventory department and on-site personnel to resolve issues related to daily orders. Communicate order changes and updates to customers as needed. Maintain and update various Excel spreadsheets and reports. Support facility Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to consistently meet or exceed goals in safety, quality, and maintenance. Assist supervisors and warehouse associates in accomplishing daily operational functions. Perform additional duties as assigned. Skills and Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to foster professional relationships across all levels of the organization. Proven capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Flexibility and self-motivation to excel in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
