CNC Tool Grinder/Programmer – Precision ManufacturingWe are seeking an experienced CNC Tool Grinder/Programmer to manufacture high-precision carbide cutting tools using advanced CNC grinding equipment and programming software. This role is responsible for machine setup, CNC programming, production, quality inspection, and process optimization to ensure accurate and consistent tooling.Key Responsibilities:• Program, set up, and operate CNC tool grinding machines to produce precision cutting tools• Develop and modify CNC programs using G-code and tool grinding software• Create programs and wheel offsets for end mills, drills, reamers, keyway cutters, and specialty tooling• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications• Perform quality inspections and ensure production meets required standards• Monitor wheel wear, troubleshoot issues, and support preventative maintenance activitiesQualifications:• 5+ years of CNC tool grinder/programming experience• Strong experience with CNC setup, troubleshooting, and G-code programming• Proficiency with Numroto, Rollomatic VGPro, Walter Tool Studio, and/or ANCA ToolRoomPreferred:• Knowledge of precision machining processes and carbide cutting tools• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical documentation• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsEducation:High School Diploma or equivalent required; technical machining or CNC training preferred.
