The Hotel General Manager will oversee daily operations, including ensuring guest satisfaction, managing teams, maintaining budgets, and ensuring the smooth operation of all hotel functions. Responsibilities will include developing and executing business strategies, managing customer service standards, overseeing food and beverage operations, and maintaining the financial health of the property.QualificationsStrong General Management and Business Management skillsExperience in Customer Service and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest satisfactionProficiency in Budgeting and financial oversightKnowledge and experience in Food & Beverage operationsLeadership and ability to manage diverse teams effectivelyProven experience in hotel or hospitality management rolesBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
