Lead Full Stack Developer with Code Modernization & GitHub Copilot - 100% Remote

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Lead Developer with 10-15+ years of experience in designing, developing, and modernizing enterprise applications.The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Code Modernization, Al-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, and experience leading development teams through large-scale digital transformation initiatives.The candidate will be responsible for modernizing legacy applications, driving engineering best practices, leveraging Al-powered development tools to improve productivity, and leading end-to- end full-stack development efforts. Key Responsibilities Lead the modernization of legacy applications and systems using modern architectures and technologies.Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.Utilize GitHub Copilot and other Al-assisted coding tools to accelerate software development and improve code quality.Drive application modernization initiatives, including cloud migration, microservices adoption, API development, and containerization.Generate and optimize code through automated and Al-powered development methodologies.
