Title: Technical Project ManagerLocation: Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid)Duration: ContractPay range: $80-$85Position Summary:The Technical Project Manager (TPM) role is a senior-level hybrid position based in Alpharetta, GA, focused on leading and driving multiple technology initiatives within a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment. This role requires a strong blend of technical project management, Agile delivery, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills. The ideal candidate will come from a consulting background and possess the ability to manage competing priorities while driving projects from planning through execution.The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, UX/UI designers, engineering teams, and leadership executives to ensure successful delivery of web technology and data-driven initiatives. The candidate is expected to be highly adaptable, proactive, and technically sound, with the ability to manage roadmaps, identify dependencies, prioritize deliverables, and escalate risks effectively. Strong storytelling capabilities, executive-level presentation skills, and experience creating leadership decks are essential, as the role requires frequent interaction with senior management and executive stakeholders.Day-to-day responsibilities include managing multiple concurrent projects, facilitating Agile ceremonies, coordinating with technical and design teams, and ensuring alignment between business goals and delivery timelines. The role demands hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and certifications such as CSM, SAFe, or PMI-ACP. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a “go-getter” attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in dynamic environments while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and driving project outcomes successfully.Key ResponsibilitiesNotes:We are looking for someone with 8-12 years of experience.
