Sr. Project Scheduler

Thermal Engineering International (USA) Inc. is currently seeking a qualified Senior Project Scheduler to join our team. The Senior Project Scheduler is tasked with the development, upkeep, and evaluation of integrated project schedules to facilitate the successful delivery of complex projects. This position collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to guarantee precise planning, efficient performance monitoring, and prompt reporting throughout the duration of the project.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate comprehensive, resource-loaded project schedules using Primavera P6 that drive seamless project planning and executionPlay a key role in proposal and planning stages by crafting realistic baseline schedules that perfectly align with the project scope and execution strategyKeep projects on track with regular schedule updates, including progress tracking, validating actual hours, and percent completePrepare insightful Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics, forward-looking schedules, and detailed progress reports to keep everyone informedActively support mitigation and recovery planning, assessing the impact of changes to maintain schedule integrityCollaborate effectively across Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Production, Operations, and Quality teams to ensure cohesive project advancementRequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or related field (preferred)5+ years of experience in project scheduling or project controlsExperience with Earned Value Management (EVM) is highly desirableProficiency in Primavera Scheduling Software (P6) is essential, while familiarity with MS Project is a definite advantageExperience with Power BI is an added bonusExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise mannerAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities effectivelyProficiency in the use of general business software: Microsoft Word, Excel, Power PointTo provide greater transparency to candidates, we include base pay ranges for all US-based job postings that encompass all potential locations and levels for the open positions. Our base pay ranges are set based on the function, discipline, level and regional location and are benchmarked against companies in the same or similar industry.
