Operator

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hourHours: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PMResponsibilities:Perform assembly, repair, and testing of medical devices and components.Follow standardized procedures and work instructions.Ensure products meet quality and regulatory standards.Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.Ensure full traceability of parts and components.Support QMS, EMS, and regulatory requirements.Participate in continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.Identify and communicate production issues and improvements.Maintain accurate traveler and quality records.Communicate effectively with supervisors and management.Maintain a positive attitude with teams and visitors.Collaborate on performance goals and metrics.Support divisional initiatives as required.Follow all safety guidelines and use appropriate safety equipment.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent.Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.Ability to use computers and data collection systems.Strong attention to detail.Good prioritization and time management skills.Ability to handle small components.Ability to work with minimal supervision.Comfortable working in a controlled production environment.
