Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ann Arbor, MI, for an Insurance Sales Representative/Producer. The primary responsibilities include identifying and developing new client relationships, providing tailored insurance solutions, managing policy renewals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will assess client needs, conduct policy analyses, and offer recommendations to meet customers' coverage requirements while also achieving sales goals. Collaboration with team members to deliver outstanding service is a core part of this role. Qualifications Proven skills in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance BrokerageStrong background in Customer Service and relationship buildingExperience in Sales with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targetsExcellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsState insurance license(s) or ability to obtain required licensingProficiency with insurance industry software and tools is a plusDetail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skillsPrior experience in an insurance agency or similar environment is advantageous
