The Community Hospice has a wonderful opportunity for a Per diem RN to work as part of our Hospice Care Team caring for patients and families in local Nursing Homes.Needs are on Weekdays (8a-4:30p) as needed. Work with interdisciplinary team. What You Will NeedValid NYS RN license required.Minimum 1 year RN experience required. 1-2 years long term care RN experience preferred.Previous Hospice experience preferred.Ability to learn/use an electronic medical recordClean Driver's License and reliable vehicleStrong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with patients, families, physicians and coworkersCommunity Hospice provides a thorough orientation, preceptors and a supportive work environment.Apply today for more information. We can also arrange a time for you to shadow one of our preceptors.Special Per Diem Rates based on Monthly Commitment**Pay Range for non-per diem full-time or part-time Hospice RN employment: $38.00-$50.18 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
