The ideal candidate will be attentive, creative,detail-oriented, and organized, helping us maintain the highestlevel of service and dedication to our clients. Salary is dependenton experience.*Key Responsibilities:** Represent clients in criminal defense cases,including court appearances, motions, and trials.*Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, includingmotions, briefs, and pleadings.* Develop and implementdefense strategies tailored to each client's uniquesituation.* Maintain effective communication withclients, keeping them informed of case progress anddevelopments.* Collaborate with colleagues and supportstaff to ensure comprehensive case management.* Staycurrent with developments in criminal law and procedure.*Qualifications:** JurisDoctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.*Admitted to practice law in Idaho.* 0+ years ofexperience in criminal defense or related legal field.*Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.*Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities effectively. * Commitment to providing high-quality legal representationand client service.* Passion for justice and dedicationto defending clients' rights.*What WeOffer:** Competitive wage, includingovertime pay.
