DIRECTOR OF RESTAURANT OPERATIONSTPI Hospitality’s Margaritaville Fort Myers BeachWe are seeking a dynamic, hands-on restaurant operations leader to oversee and elevate a high-volume, multi-concept restaurant in Southwest Florida, generating over $20M in annual revenue.This role is ideal for an experienced restaurant operator passionate about building strong teams, growing restaurant sales, developing future leaders, ensuring operational consistency, and establishing restaurant concepts as destination dining experiences within the local community and tourism market.We are seeking a restaurant-driven leader with proven success in operating and growing high-volume restaurants and bars through strong leadership, restaurant branding, local marketing partnerships, operational excellence, and team culture.The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, understands how to drive revenue and guest loyalty, and has a proven ability to lead multiple independent restaurant concepts while developing high-performing teams and future leaders.Overall responsibility for the following restaurants:Lah De Dah Beach Bar & Restaurant – energetic beachfront sports bar atmosphere with live entertainment and coastal diningLicense to Chill Bar & Grill – vibrant all-day dining destination featuring breakfast, lunch, dinner, and daily live entertainment5 o’clock Somewhere & Fin’s up Beach Entertainment complex – high-energy waterfront dining, live entertainment, and beach bar experience inspired by the Margaritaville lifestyleJWB -
