The business operates on the foundation of trust, innovation, and a commitment to setting higher industry standards.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager based in Little River, SC. The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of site development projects, including planning, organizing, and managing timelines, budgets, and resources. The role includes managing logistics, leading inspections to ensure quality and compliance, liaising with clients and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are executed within specifications and deadlines. The Project Manager will provide leadership, communicate progress, identify challenges, propose solutions, and ensure team collaboration for the successful delivery of each project.QualificationsStrong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.Proficiency in Expeditor and Expediting processes to ensure timely delivery of project materials and services.Experience in Inspection to ensure compliance with quality and project specifications.Knowledge and skills in Logistics Management for coordinating project resources and supplies efficiently.Ability to lead teams, communicate effectively, solve problems, and manage client and subcontractor relationships.Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Civil Construction, or Building Science, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and standards is essential; certifications in project management or safety are advantageous.Possess strong mathematical and computer skills with proficiency in HCSS HeavyJob or similar software, Agtek. Auto-CAD and Trimble Business Center experience a plus.Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work within a team environment.Demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure.Active Driver's License with clean driving record.
