Shift Leader
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to join our team in the food industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in culinary arts, kitchen management, and supervising staff. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily shift operations
- Train and mentor staff members
- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process
- Ensure efficient restaurant operation, including customer service and quality control
- Oversee inventory management and assist with budgeting
- Utilize Aloha POS system for order processing and sales tracking
Experience
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food industry
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and culinary techniques
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Familiarity with budgeting and inventory management is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.56 - $12.96 per hour
