Join the Hardin family today!YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR EXPERIENCED HVAC TECHWorking Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM , with an on-call rotationServing homes throughout Midlothian and the surrounding areasDiagnosing electrical and mechanical problems and performing quality repairsCreating relationships, generating leads, and representing our company wellREQUIREMENTS5+ years of experience in a leadership positionEPA Section 608 certificationTDLR registrationNATE certificationProficiency with electrical and mechanical systemsValid driver's licenseWillingness to learn more and keep growing in the tradePhysical ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, work in extreme temperatures, and work in confined spaces (attics, crawl spaces, etc.)Ability to use multimeters, gauges, and similar toolsAbility to use ServiceTitan (or similar software) for invoicing and schedulingCommitment to safetyIdeal Experienced HVAC TechAble to clearly explain complex information and resolve concerns/complaintsAble to solve unique problems you wouldn't find in a standard manualAble to show up on time with a clean uniform and a great attitudeAble to recommend and sell upgrades/additional maintenance services without pressuring customersJOIN OUR TALENTED TEAM TODAY!If you're committed to doing your best and making a positive impact, we want to hear from you.
