Creator Partnerships Manager - Remote

About the Opportunity:The Creator Partnerships Manager role is designed to manage and grow the creator partnerships and product seeding program for a fast-growing dental products brand. This position involves hands-on management of creator relationships across multiple platforms to drive growth through creator-led initiatives. The role is fully remote within the United States and works closely with content and growth teams to optimize performance and scale outreach efforts.3. Responsibilities:• Manage the creator partnerships and product seeding program from start to finish• Identify, recruit, and oversee creators on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms• Conduct high-volume product seeding while maintaining relationship quality• Track and analyze performance, iterating to improve results• Coordinate all stages of the creator journey, from initial contact to long-term partnership• Develop and implement scalable systems for outreach, follow-ups, and retention• Collaborate with content and growth teams to align messaging and offers4. Requirements:• Experience working with direct-to-consumer ecommerce brands, either in-house or as a contractor• Proven ability to work in fast-paced, hyper-growth or scaling environments• Detail-oriented and hands-on approach to managing creator relationships• Deep knowledge of TikTok and the dynamics of seeding for viral growth• Understanding of major creator platforms and varying creator behaviors• Ability to build and sustain authentic creator communities• Experience managing and scaling creator or seeding programs• Strong work ethic, proactive follow-up, and reliable execution• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skillsNice to Have:• Experience in beauty, personal care, oral care, or health & wellness DTC sectors• Familiarity with creator and affiliate marketing platforms or tracking tools such as Aspire, GRIN, Impact, or Refersion• Existing relationships with creators on major social platforms• Experience launching seeding programs from inception5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• Compensation ranges from $150,000 to $180,000 USD per year, paid as a contractor, based on experience6.
