Your expertise directly impacts uptime, safety, and production flow across the facility.Your Day-to-Day ImpactYou'll support our Maintenance & Reliability team by:Executing Down Day prep, preventive maintenance, and predictive maintenance activitiesCompleting required daily documentation and work orders in the CMMS (SAP)Reducing electrical delay rates and improving equipment reliabilityTroubleshooting and repairing electrical equipment, AC/DC control circuits, and motor systemsScanning and managing repair parts and inventory usageParticipating in maintenance improvement projects (including RCA)Supporting efficient response times and maintaining required competenciesCommunicating daily with Area Leads, Supervisors, and Planner/SchedulersIdentifying errors in SAP data, spare‑part kits, or inventory issuesVerifying accuracy of CMMS equipment records and reporting discrepanciesSupervising or coordinating external contractors as neededSetting up all required Down Day parts and materialsMaintaining tools, supplies, and vendor-managed inventory (VMI)Upholding all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements (PPE, LOTO, OSHA)Managing time reporting (KRONOS), 5S, and general housekeeping standardsWhat You BringWe're looking for a skilled and safety‑focused maintenance professional with:Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, electrical schematics, and manualsStrong mathematical and reasoning skills to solve practical maintenance problemsMechanical and electrical comprehension in an industrial environmentExperience operating or understanding AC/DC overhead traveling crane systemsAbility to troubleshoot AC/DC control circuits, motors, and magnet control systemsAbility to work at extreme heights and in varying environmental conditionsProficiency in SAP (work orders, PRs, inventory, planning/scheduling)Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookA positive attitude, strong teamwork, and demonstrated leadership traitsHigh attention to detail, accountability, adaptability, and continuous improvement mindsetPreferred:Minimum 5 years of industrial electrical maintenance experienceEducation/Experience Requirement:Two years vocational school + six years heavy industrial electrical maintenance experience OREight years heavy industrial electrical maintenance experienceWhat You'll GainGet paid for what you know — and earn more as you learn moreOpportunities to work on industry‑leading equipmentA culture that values your ideas and continuous improvementReal long‑term growth potential in a stable industryClimate‑controlled work environments where applicableOvertime opportunitiesAnd Benefits That Include:Medical, Dental, and Vision CoverageCompany‑Paid Life Insurance & Short/Long‑Term Disability401(k): Company match 3% with no vesting periodPaid Parental Leave (birthing & non-birthing parents; adoption included)Paid Holidays (10) + 1 Floating Personal HolidayPaid VacationDiscretionary Performance‑Based Bonus ProgramTuition ReimbursementSafety isn't negotiable, it's who we are.
