If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.ResponsibilitiesLeasing vacant units to prospective tenants, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and meeting or exceeding sales targetsConducting property tours, showcasing the features and amenities of our propertiesResponding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholdersMaintaining accurate and up-to-date records of leasing activities, including applications, leases, and rent paymentsCollaborating with the property management team to ensure a smooth leasing process and resolve any issues that may ariseStaying up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to ensure our properties remain competitiveRequirements1-2 years of experience in leasing or sales, preferably in the Real Estate/Property Management industry in LIHTC and Section 8 housingHigh school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing) preferredExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlinesStrong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracyProficiency in property management software and technology, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systemsAvailability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as neededSalary: $18-20 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
