Preschool Aide/Co-Teacher, Part-time

Part-Time Preschool Aide / Co-Teacher St. Robert Catholic School in Flushing, Michigan is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Preschool Aide/Co-Teacher to support our early childhood program. This position plays an important role in creating a nurturing, faith-filled environment where young children can grow socially, academically, and spiritually.Primary Duties and Responsibilities:• Assist the lead teacher in implementing daily lessons and classroom activities• Support a positive, structured, and nurturing classroom environment• Work with small groups and individual students to reinforce learning• Help supervise students during classroom activities, recess, and transitions• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom space• Model Christian values and support the Catholic mission of the school• Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student developmentQualifications:• High school diploma required; coursework or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred• Experience working with young children preferred• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills• Ability to work collaboratively and take initiativeAdditional Requirements:• Commitment to supporting the Catholic mission and values of the school• Completion of background check and Protecting God's Children program• Ability to meet the physical demands of working with young children (lifting, bending, active supervision)Application Procedure: Please submit cover letter, resume, teaching certificate, and letters of reference by email to:Sarah Bushey,St. Robert School Principal214 E.
