This involves managing teams, budgets, schedules, and resources, as well as ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.Key ResponsibilitiesOverseeing all phases of construction projects, including initial planning, budgeting, design coordination, procurement, and constructionManaging and leading construction teams, including project managers, site managers, and other construction professionalsDeveloping and managing project budgets, monitoring costs, and ensuring projects stay within financial constraintsDeveloping and managing project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones and overall project deliveryImplementing and enforcing safety protocols, ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes and regulationsMaintaining clear communication with stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and other relevant partiesTrack and promote revenue growth as well as drive and promote new relationships with the teamWeekly review of the WIP, Track KPIs and help be a strategic partner to the President.Qualifications:5-10+ years of extensive experience in Commercial Plumbing Construction managementAbility to work with various industries to efficiently oversee diverse construction projectsProven leadership and management skillsStrong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulationsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillExperience with project management software and tools
