Seasonal Office Assistant 1 (Keyboarding) Seasonal Office Assistant 1 (Keyboarding) staff support the mission of CEH by performing a variety of administrative functions during New York State's summer season and beyond. Positions assist CEH district office environmental health staff by performing a variety of critical administrative support functions such as answering office telephones, triaging calls, sorting and distributing mail, filing documents, maintaining office file systems, and performing data entry.A seasonal Office Assistant 1 (Keyboarding) role provides interested individuals with the ability to gain real world experience in the field of public health through on-the-job training. Flexible opportunities begin in early May and extend through September 2026.There are no minimum education or experience requirements for this title.
