Project Manager I, Immunology Medical Payer Strategy

You will serve as a vital liaison for the Immunology Medical Payer Strategy team, translating scientific and health economic insights into actionable resources that drive population-based healthcare decisions. This position is based at a state-of-the-art corporate campus in Mettawa, IL, known for its modern amenities and collaborative environment.Working alongside cross-functional experts in Market Access, HEOR, and Clinical Development, you will shape the narrative for external payer customers. Create and manage the regulatory approval of slide decks and FAQs for the Value & Access team. Partner with cross-functional teams to provide scientific and health economic expertise. Support real-world evidence (RWE) plans and medical affairs research. Coordinate with regulatory, OEC, and legal departments for material clearance. Assist with the development of medical education programs, advisory boards, and payer symposia.QualificationsRequired Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills for high-level technical documentation. Proven ability to work independently and lead projects/teams without formal authority. Experience supporting business strategy through internal and external partnerships. Functional ability to support real-world evidence (RWE) studies and medical affairs research. Basic knowledge of statistics and regulatory requirements for RWE. Proficiency in navigating complex regulatory and legal approval processes.Preferred Skills Advanced degree (PhD or PharmD). Specialized knowledge in immunology or pharmacoeconomics. Experience monitoring competitive landscapes to provide strategic recommendations.
