New Patient Care Coordinator Savannah , GA Job Description: Our perfect candidate is a well spoken and polished individual with an Aesthetic Certification and experience in sales. Many of our Patients are Insurance based and the position requires a general patient check-in, copay requirements and introducing various procedures (training will be provided). Many other patients will be either interested in our cutting edge Aesthetics, Wellness, Stem Cell and PRP programs which will require you to explain the procedure and pricing. There will be a bonus structure in place and all Patients that come in for an evaluation have had several interactions with us and our program and only need to discuss care plan and introduce the pricing for their treatment. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH ELIGIBILITY CHECKS, PRE_AUTHORIZATIONS AND VERIFICATIONS USING AVAILITY AND OTHER PORTALS We are looking for an over achiever with a desire to MAKE MORE! Our Clinic has a primary focus on the treatment of Osteoarthritis, and currently adding on in demand services such as weight management, nutritional infusions, aesthetic treatments, neuropathy and wound care treatment. Our New Patient Care Coordinator will be trained to demonstrate the highest level of knowledge on the Medicare approved Advanced Arthritis Relief Protocol. Experience in all skin types and an above average knowledge of treatments. Our New Patient Care Coordinator’s major responsibility will be to conduct pre-treatment consultations to new patients and convert them to care. The New Patient Care Coordinator will perform an assessment of the patient’s health history, document current complaints, and present them with a narrative about our program, its benefits, and related costs. This position requires a flexible attitude, quick thinking, and a drive to SUCCEED.Excellent opportunity for growth as we are adding more offices and services. Must be well spoken and personable. Clinical Duties: Conduct New Patient Consults Meet with patients and family members to inform and educate! Collect co-pays and related payments or instructs reception to collect. Connect with new patients via phone and email. Assist with New Patient Scheduling Communicate patient care needs, pain points, and any relevant personal information with nurses and physicians. Handle inbound calls and answer patient questions. Arrange and coordinate provision of special equipment for at-home care. Maintain New Patient files and documentation. Patient case management tasks Assist the care team with goal setting. Assist with data collection. Maintain patient confidentiality! Related duties as needed. Requirements: Charismatic personality Sales/Performance Driven Strong communication skills Above average critical thinking skills Experience with basic computer programs, such as MS Office Proficient in administrative tasks Basic understanding of clinical tasks High school diploma or GED One year or more working in a healthcare environment preferred.
