Job Title: Software Developer (Senior)Agency Name: Information Technology Services (ITS)Engagement Length: 22 MonthsLocation: W A Harriman Bldg 8, Albany, NY, 12207 (Only Locals Or EST ready to relocate)Telecommuting: First four(4) months in office, then up to 40% per two week period.NOTE : VISA INDEPENDENT CANDIDATES(USC/GC) READY TO WORK ON W2/1099Requested Qualifications: 1.   60 months experience with J2EE technologies including JDBC, JSP and XML.2.   60 months experience developing, building, and testing Java EE applications using modern IDE’s, such as Eclipse, NetBeans, or IntelliJ.3.   60 months experience using J2EE frameworks such as Spring or struts and Application Servers such as Tomcat, JBoss, WebSphere or WebLogic.4.   60 months experience writing SQL statements for relational databases.5.   60 months of experience in system analysis and design of multi-tiered transactional systems.6.   36 months of experience in messaging technologies, such as MQ, JMS, Kafka.
