Key responsibilities for the CRO include providing comprehensive oversight of the company's P&L, leading a high-performing revenue organization, and building and managing relationships with key healthcare partners. The role also involves defining and implementing go-to-market strategies, overseeing sales processes, and fostering a culture of excellence in a fast-paced, early-stage environment. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in sales to and management of partnerships with health plans, ACOs, and pharmaceutical organizations, as well as a history of successful leadership in a high-growth, start-up sales environment.
