Participants will strengthen career readiness and leadership skills, build confidence, and connect with peers through a mix of social and professional activities.Program Highlights:Guest speaker sessions and interactive workshopsGamified and project-based learningPeer-to-peer collaboration within a supportive cohortSocial activities and community buildingWhen: January term 2027Cost: $2,500 which includes:Comprehensive career and leadership programmingCoaching and facilitated peer learningDaily breakfast and lunchSocial activitiesA celebratory closing dinnerScholarships based on financial need are available.Hotel accommodation is not included, but a group rate is available. Room-sharing assistance can be provided upon request.Join us to grow your skills, your confidence, and your community.RequirementsPrimary RequirementsYou are between the ages of 18 and 26.You identify as neurodivergent.You possess a high school diploma or GED by the start of our program.You are college capable (even if you may not yet be college ready).You can attend the entire program (January 2027- exact dates TBD)IndependenceYou are able to transport yourself to and from the BroadFutures training site.If you are coming from out of state, you able to stay independently in DC for the week.Program Cost and ScholarshipsThe Success Summit costs $2,500. Housing is an additional fee (hotel block pricing coming soon). Participants may also qualify for need based scholarships.
