Master Technician Job Responsibilities
Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on complex vehicle systems
Diagnose drivability, electrical, mechanical, and performance concerns
Use manufacturer diagnostic tools and service information
Accurately document diagnostic steps and repair work performed
Collaborate with service advisors to ensure clear repair explanations
Follow manufacturer specifications and dealership quality standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Participate in ongoing Mazda technical training as assigned
Master Technician Compensation and Benefits
The High-Level Technician position is paid on a pay scale that may include one or more of the following compensation elements:
Hourly compensation, which varies based on experience, certifications, skill level, and performance
Production-based incentive compensation, which may be earned based on individual and/or team productivity
Retention-based incentive compensation, which may be earned based on hours produced
Actual compensation will vary based on factors such as hours worked, production, performance metrics, and business needs. Incentive and bonus compensation are not guaranteed.
