Reporting to the Area Supervisor, this role is hands-on and leadership-focused. Ideal for someone who can lead by example, mentor others, and drive operational efficiency while ensuring high standards in quality and safety.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.2+ years of assembly experience in a manufacturing or HVAC environment.Previous team lead or leadership experience strongly preferred.Strong understanding of assembly tools, processes, and work instructions.Ability to read and interpret product drawings, standard work, and job travelers.Proven ability to lead a team of 1015 employees in a fast-paced environment.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Comfortable working cross-functionally with quality, engineering, and support teams.Must be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of problem-solving in real-time.Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.Must be flexible and able to work overtime or other shifts as needed.
