This person will be a key player in supporting our sales team, helping manage customer communications, streamline processes, and drive overall sales efficiency. If you’re organized, proactive, adaptable, and passionate about helping clients succeed while laying the foundation for your own career growth in sales, this role is for you.Core ResponsibilitiesSales & Client SupportRespond to client emails promptly and professionally, maintaining a white-glove service experience.Support the sales process with task-oriented execution, from prospecting to reporting.Manage Salesforce data cleanliness, ensuring organized and accurate account records.Track and report on customer program performance, preparing insights for client reviews.Maintain client-level spreadsheets to track orders, targeting, and performance metrics.Support prospecting and outreach activities, including LinkedIn and email campaigns.Monitor news and updates related to key customers to identify new opportunities.Collaborate across teams to ensure clients are properly segmented and suppressed from overlapping outreach.Pace and maintain the sales calendar to ensure timely follow-ups and campaign execution.Administrative & Operational ExcellenceManage internal notes, scratchpads, and community counts for sales reps.Assist with sales admin functions like scheduling, report creation, and tracking outreach metrics.Feed the sales team with new information and actionable insights quickly and accurately.Support cross-functional communication between sales, marketing, and client success teams.Key Skills & QualificationsSoft SkillsStrong figure-it-out-ability: resourceful, curious, and proactive.Fast and responsive communicator with excellent organizational skills.Confident, customer-focused, and committed to providing exceptional service.Quick learner with a lifelong learning mindset.Creative and solution-oriented: able to think outside the box to solve problems.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.Team-oriented with a potential future path toward a sales career.Hard SkillsProficiency in the Google Workspace (Gmail, Slides, Sheets, etc.).Experience using Salesforce for CRM management and reporting.Familiarity with Outreach, Slack, Asana, and Notion.Basic understanding of HTML (preferred).Skilled in LinkedIn outreach and general prospecting techniques.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive Base Salary + Commission (OTE dependent on experience)Health, Dental & Vision InsuranceCompany-paid Life, AD&D, Short-Term & Long Term Disability401(k) with company matchFully Remote, flexible work environmentOpportunity for growth and impact in a high-growth, collaborative company
