Bartender Bastia & Caletta | Hotel Anna & Bel Philadelphia, PA Located inside Hotel Anna & Bel in Fishtown, is we are seeking a passionate and hospitality-driven Bartender to join our team. These unique bars are cocktail-focused, rooted in Mediterranean inspiration, thoughtful technique, and a deep respect for ingredients. Our beverage program emphasizes seasonality, low-waste practices, and culinary-driven cocktails, alongside a curated wine list highlighting organic, biodynamic, and low-intervention producers. We are looking for bartenders who are excited about craft, but who understand that great hospitality always comes first. Responsibilities -Prepare and execute cocktails with precision and consistency -Provide warm, engaging hospitality to all guests at the bar and on the floor -Maintain deep knowledge of the cocktail menu, spirits, amari, and wine program -Assist with bar prep, batching, garnish prep, and service setup -Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar throughout service -Collaborate with the team to uphold standards of service and professionalism -Participate in ongoing menu education and beverage training Qualifications -Minimum 2 years bartending experience in a craft cocktail or high-volume bar -Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and spirits -Interest in amari, wine, and Mediterranean flavors preferred -Ability to work cleanly, efficiently, and with a strong sense of urgency -Team-oriented mindset and positive attitude -Weekend and evening availability required What We Value Genuine hospitality Curiosity and willingness to learn Respect for ingredients and technique A collaborative, team-first environment About Anna & Bel Hotel Anna & Bel is a boutique hospitality destination in Philadelphia’s Fishtown neighborhood, home to Bastia and Caletta, concepts focused on Mediterranean-inspired food, thoughtful beverages, and community-driven hospitality.
