This travel assignment is for a hospital-based rehabilitation service line and focuses on adult care within a medical setting.Key Highlights- Weekly pay: $1,877 – $1,955 per week- Guaranteed hours: 40 hours per week- Contract duration: 13 weeks- Shift: 4 days per week, 10-hour days- Start date: 04/27/2026- Setting: hospital-based rehabilitation services for adultsResponsibilities- Provide evaluation and evidence-based treatment for adults with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with physician orders and facility protocols.- Document assessments, progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge planning in the patient record; ensure accuracy and compliance with privacy and payer requirements.- Reassess patient progress regularly, modify interventions as needed, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.- Educate patients and families about diagnosis, goals, home exercise programs, and discharge expectations.- Adhere to regulatory requirements, including Medicare/Medicaid guidelines, and maintain current clinical licensure and credentialing standards (AHA BLS, CCC-SLP).Requirements- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology- Current Georgia licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist; ASHA CCC-SLP; AHA BLS certification- Minimum 2 years of experience within the specialty- Experience working with adults in a medical setting is preferred- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and other government regulations related to rehabilitation services- Ability to work in a hospital-based setting and participate in a 13-week temporary assignment starting 04/27/2026Benefits and Support- Guaranteed 40 hours per week- Competitive weekly pay range: $1,877 – $1,955- 13-week assignment- 4-day, 10-hour shift schedule- Travel assignment with dedicated coordination through Healthforce Healthcare LLCFind more opportunitiesIf this role isn't a fit, you're welcome to explore other current openings at https://healthforce.applytojob.com/applyPlease note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
