They train you the right way, and no previous experience is necessary to become a Precision Door Customer Service Representative.As a Customer Service Representative, or CSR, you will act as a liaison, provide product and services information, and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency. Successful CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. They're patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk. Customer service representatives can put themselves in their customers' shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Problem-solving also comes naturally to CSR. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don't have enough information to resolve customer complaints.Responsibilities:Resolve product or service problemsManage large amounts of incoming callsIdentify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfactionBuild sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communicationProvide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/toolsHandle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolutionFollow communication procedures, guidelines and policiesGo the extra mile to engage customersGreet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for callingAdvise on company informationWork with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being deliveredRead from scriptsResolve customer complaints via phone or emailQualifications:Proven customer support experienceStrong phone contact handling skills and active listeningCustomer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of charactersExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectivelyHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to pass a drug screening and a background checkCompensation: $17.00 - $21.00 per hourOur Mission:To provide outstanding garage door repair service, complete customer satisfaction and a program that rewards excellence from our franchisees, technicians and staff.Our Vision:To establish Precision Door Service as the public standard and national household name in garage door repair service.
