Data Architect
Position: Data ArchitectCompensation: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, depending on experienceLocation: Oklahoma City, OklahomaInceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Data Architect to join their team!This is a brand-new position and a great opportunity to help shape the company’s future-state data and cloud architecture within the Microsoft ecosystem. This person will work closely with leadership, ERP teams, and BI teams to help guide major modernization and integration initiatives that will impact the business for years to come. They are looking for someone who is highly technical, collaborative, and passionate about technology — someone who can solve complex problems while also communicating effectively with both technical teams and executive leadership.Key Responsibilities & Duties:Design and develop scalable, enterprise-level data architecture and data pipelinesHelp lead the company’s cloud/data modernization strategy within the Microsoft ecosystemPartner closely with the ERP team in a Microsoft Dynamics environmentCollaborate with Power BI and business teams to support reporting, analytics, and data modeling initiativesBuild and maintain integrations across ERP, CRM, WMS, and other business applicationsEnsure data accuracy, consistency, governance, and scalability across platformsDevelop and improve ETL processes, APIs, and enterprise data flowsHelp translate technical concepts into business-friendly conversations for leadership teamsParticipate in architecture discussions and long-term technology planning initiativesRequired Qualifications & Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Data Architecture, Data Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, or related fieldsStrong experience within the Microsoft technology stackHands-on experience with Azure and cloud-based architecture initiativesExperience with SQL and enterprise data environmentsExperience building or supporting enterprise data pipelines and integrationsExperience working alongside ERP systems, ideally Microsoft DynamicsStrong communication and stakeholder-facing skillsAbility to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teamsNice to Have Skills & Experience: Microsoft Fabric experience PowerApps / Power Platform experienceAzure Data Factory experiencePower BI collaboration or reporting experienceExperience with DataverseManufacturing, distribution, or enterprise business systems experienceExperience participating in cloud transformation or modernization projectsPerks & Benefits: This opportunity includes a comprehensive and competitive benefits package -- details will be shared during later stages of the hiring process.Other Information: Onsite Monday – Thursday, WFH on Friday (half days)Super Summer Hours — work 4 10’s and enjoy every Friday off during the summerHybrid schedule: onsite Monday–Thursday, work-from-home half days on FridaysCollaborative, laid-back, and highly supportive environmentHigh visibility and opportunity to make a major impactStrong opportunity for long-term growth and advancementIf you are interested in learning more about the Data Architect opportunity, please submit your resume for consideration.
