Duties and Responsibilities:Defend manufacturers in product defect, design defect, and failure-to-warn litigation through all phases. Draft complex motions, expert reports, dispositive briefs, and discovery in high-stakes cases. Conduct depositions, coordinate site inspections, and manage expert witnesses. Provide strategic risk management advice to clients on product liability prevention. Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):JD and active NY bar (additional jurisdictions a plus). 2 - 10+ years of product liability or complex tort defense experience with strong litigation skills.
