Social Media Assistant / Producer

Roster manages the hiring process for the top global creators and brands. Andrew Levitt, a lifestyle and comedy creator, is on the hunt for his Right-Hand Producer to own the production process and help take his channel to the next level! We're helping him fill this position.If you're obsessed with social media, deeply plugged into the YouTube and streaming space, and thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment, this is the role for you.Requirements:You're based in or willing to relocate to Los Angeles, CA (creator is moving there in August)You're deeply immersed in social media — name any YouTuber or streamer and you already know exactly what they're up toYou have hands-on experience producing content, ideally including your own YouTube videos from start to finishYou're a strong communicator and natural coordinator — managing people, schedules, and moving parts is second natureYou're resourceful, scrappy, and can track down whatever a video concept calls forYou're highly organized and can own a production schedule without being micromanagedExperience with Notion or similar project management tools is a plusResponsibilities:Own the production schedule — lock shoot dates, hold deadlines, and keep the channel posting consistentlySource everything the bit needs: talent, locations, props, costumes, custom printing, and anything else a concept requiresFind and secure shoot locations, from restaurant buyouts to event spacesCoordinate friends, talent, and unsuspecting marks — scheduling shoots, briefing people who are in on the bit, and keeping secrets airtightSupport hiring when additional hands are needed, including writing job forms and reviewing applicantsAnticipate what each video needs before shoot day and solve problems fastThis is a part-time role with huge potential to grow — ideal for someone who's ready to build something from the ground up and go all-in.For more information about the creator, read here: https://app.joinroster.co/jobs/80561eb9-d530-4164-843f-097f452f10d5/detailsThe creator is using Roster to track and manage all applicants.
