Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant)Location: Metro AtlantaPosition OverviewWe are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant experienced in diagnosing, treating, and managing patients with vascular disease, including lower extremity venous insufficiency and peripheral arterial disease. This position is office-based and primarily focused on consultations, ongoing evaluations, follow-up care, and in-office procedures. The Advanced Practice Provider will work closely with the physician and perform consultations and procedures within his/her scope of practice once trained and qualified.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and manage vascular conditions such as venous insufficiency, pelvic congestion syndrome, and peripheral arterial disease.Perform minimally invasive procedures like ultrasound-guided sclerotherapy and micro-phlebectomy (training provided).Develop and implement patient-specific treatment plans.Educate patients and families on vascular conditions, treatment options, and care plans.Collaborate with supervising physicians and specialists for comprehensive patient care.Respond to patient inquiries, follow-ups, and emergencies.Document care in electronic medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA.Why UVVC?United Vein & Vascular Centers is a rapidly growing healthcare innovator focused on delivering state-of-the-art, minimally invasive vein and vascular care nationwide.
