Dealership Entry-Level Sales Associate - Salem Ford

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:Prepare sold vehicles for deliveryEnsure all "we owe" items are complete prior to deliveryInspect vehicle cleanliness and defects or damageFuel/Charge vehiclesEnsure temporary plates and inspection stickers are installedActivate and connect remote vehicle services upon deliveryRemove license plates from trade-insReview pertinent features with customers at time of deliveryManage inventory placement, grouping, spacing and cleanlinessPrepare and apply stock tags on vehicles and keysProgram keys into KeyTrack systemComplete OEM certification and trainingLearn CRM and other applicationsAssist with day-to-day activities as needed Qualifications:Ability and eagerness to learn and demonstrate vehicle featuresGreat attitude and ability to take directionProfessional personal appearance and excellent verbal and written communication skillsConsistent and solid work history and/or a recent gradvalid driver's license and clean driving record Benefits:Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance401K Plan + MatchPaid time off and vacationShort/Long Term Disability/Flex/LifeGrowth opportunities and trainingSalary pay structure
