Cleaner for Vacation Rental Turnovers (Munjoy Hill – A Peaceful Oasis) Summer-only candidates welcome We’re looking for a conscientious, dependable housekeeper to join our small team at A Peaceful Oasis, a well-cared-for property on Munjoy Hill. This is a 2-building property (a triple decker + standalone cottage). There are 3 vacation rentals: two 3 bedroom/1 bath apartments, and one 4 bedrooms/2 bath cottage. You would be joining a small housekeeping team. Each cleaner is typically assigned one unit per shift, and we value team players who are willing to jump in and help as needed. Schedule & Workload Typical shift: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM Late April-May: 1–3 days per week (depending on bookings) Up to 5 days/week in peak season (June 1 – November 1) You’ll clean one unit per shift What You’ll Do Clean all rooms (dust, vacuum, mop) Make beds to a high standard Clean kitchens and bathrooms thoroughly Assist with on-site laundry Replenish guest supplies (toiletries, snacks, etc.) Collect & move trash and recyclables to trash room What matters most: You show up when scheduled You work efficiently and independently You notice details and take pride in creating a calm, beautiful space for guests This is a well-organized property and a respectful working environment. We try to make the job straightforward and predictable. Compensation $19–$24/hour depending on experience and reliability We can be somewhat flexible based on your availability.
