We have an opening for a full-time Housekeeper. Pay $15 and up, based on experience. Lakeview Housekeepers are responsible for keeping the premises of Lakeview Village property clean and orderly. They clean and prepare rooms or living areas after resident dismissal, transfer or move-in/move-out according to regulations. Why join us? Cleans and prepares resident homes and common areas. Keeps bathrooms, utility and storage rooms in clean and orderly condition, taking inventory and replenishing supplies as needed; cleans and sanitizes equipment, furniture, and fixtures. Dusts furniture and equipment, polishes metal work, washes windows, washes door panels, washes windowsills, empties wastebaskets, and transports trash to proper bin or recycling area. Cleans and sanitizes equipment, furniture, windows bathrooms and fixtures. Cleans and polishes light fixtures, kitchen appliances, and any area needing attention. Washes vents, cleaning with detailed accuracy using necessary tools. Mops and vacuums floors and carpet to maintain clean walking areas. Transports cleaning disinfectants, vacuums, mops, small equipment and tools. May be assigned to any area of the Lakeview Village Community when staffing needs arise. Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information. QualificationsGED or high school diploma preferred. Valid and current driver's license required. Possesses an empathetic approach to the elderly. Able to work in a team setting with residents, relatives, staff, and others.
