Role Description This is an on-site, full-time Volunteer Executive Assistant role located in Los Angeles, CA. The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive support to the leadership team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records. Additional responsibilities include organizing documentation, preparing reports, and assisting with special projects to ensure efficiency in daily operations. Qualifications Strong organizational, time management, and scheduling skillsProficiency in administrative tasks such as record-keeping, correspondence management, and report preparationExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft professional correspondenceProblem-solving, research, and critical thinking abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant toolsAbility to work independently and handle multiple priorities under tight deadlinesProfessional demeanor and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team membersExperience in administrative or executive support roles is a plus but not required
