Global Program Manager-Contingent Workforce Program & Governance
Overview
In this role, you will lead PIMCO’s global contingent workforce program, owning end-to-end engagements from intake to offboarding. You will collaborate with Legal, Finance, Technology, HR, and business units to ensure compliant, scalable operations across jurisdictions. You’ll drive governance, risk management, and process improvements while optimizing supplier relationships and technology-enabled workflows. ResponsibilitiesGlobal process owner for the contingent workforce programManage full lifecycle of engagements (intake, sourcing, approvals, contracts, onboarding, provisioning, extensions, offboarding)Develop globally consistent operating model and drive continuous improvementDraft and administer contracts (staffing, SOW, MSP, independent contractors, professional services)Partner with Legal on regulatory, co-employment, data privacy, confidentiality, IP riskManage supplier relationships and conduct performance reviewsEnsure compliance governance and risk mitigation with Legal/ComplianceAdminister Beeline, ServiceNow, and Workday workflows; oversee data records and lifecycle transactionsOversee SLAs, KPIs, and automation opportunities; support audits and reportingOwn process documentation, training materials, and knowledge basesLead stakeholder education and change management on policies and technology implementations
Key requirements5–10+ years in Strategic Sourcing, Vendor Management, Workforce Management, or related fieldGlobal contingent workforce program management experienceDeep expertise in contracting, supplier governance, and risk managementExperience negotiating complex agreements across multiple jurisdictionsUnderstanding of co-employment risk, worker classification, and labor regulationsExperience partnering with Legal, Finance, Technology, HR, and business stakeholdersAbility to design scalable operational processes and governance frameworksStrong reporting, analytics, and workflow automation skillsExperience with Workday and ServiceNow is preferredstakeholder collaborationchange managementrisk awarenessVendor Management Systems (VMS)Contract lifecycle management platformsProcurement and sourcing tools
