Employee and Labor Relations Manager

Manager - Employee & Labor Relations We’re seeking an experienced Employee and Labor Relations professional to lead strategy, operations, and partnership across a complex, unionized healthcare environment. This role is a trusted advisor to leadership, a hands-on negotiator, and a champion for positive employee relations.What You’ll DoLead employee and labor relations strategy, including grievance management and conflict resolutionServe as a key negotiator or participant in collective bargaining and labor contract administrationAdvise leaders on discipline, investigations, dispute resolution, and employee relations best practicesPartner with senior leaders on organizational goals, change initiatives, and complianceRepresent the organization in grievances, arbitrations, and agency matters as neededWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (Master’s preferred)7+ years of progressive HR experience with a strong focus on labor and employee relationsProven experience negotiating and administering collective bargaining agreementsDeep knowledge of state and federal labor and employment lawsStrong leadership, communication, and relationship‑building skillsAbility to navigate complex situations with professionalism, fairness, and sound judgmentThis is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining strategy with hands-on leadership and making a real impact on workplace culture and outcomes.Compensation Range - $125,000.- $185,000
